The inaugural Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Jiaxin International, was successfully held at the company’s Zhuhai headquarter, at 9 a.m. on May 19, 2026.
Chaired by Liu Liqiang, Chairman of the Board, and Xie Wenbo, President, the meeting drew attendance from dozens of shareholder representatives and investors. All participants engaged in in-depth discussions that lasted two hours. Attending shareholders and investors fully endorsed all meeting proposals and unanimously expressed confidence in the company’s future growth prospects.
Liu Peng, Chief Financial Officer; Qiu Huaizhi and Yan Minghe, Vice Presidents; Directors Wang Zhongwei, Chen Keqin, Gong Yunfan, Huang Xuebin, Wang Jianfeng and Zhu Guoshan also present at the meeting. Relevant representatives from PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Registrar also attended the event.
