Mr. Liu Liqiang

Mr. Liu has over 30 years of experience in corporate management. Prior to founding the Company, he founded Zhuhai Huayue Investment Company Limited and served as its authorized representative and the general manager. He has served as vice chairman of the board and non-executive director of Zhuhai Hengqin Zhongyou Gas Station Sales Co., Ltd.Mr. Liu is one of the founders of Zhuhai Shanwei Chamber of Commerce and has served as its honorary chairman since its foundation in January 2018.

Mr. Xie Wenbo

Mr. Xie Wenbo graduated from Wuhan University of Technology in July 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Mineral Resources Engineering and has over 17 years of experience in the mining industry. He has held various technical and managerial positions at the Dexing Copper Mine. Mr. Xie served as Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Planning and Production at Jiangxi Copper Corporation. In May 2024, Mr. Xie was appointed as Deputy Mine Director of Dexing Copper Mine.

Mr. Liu Peng

Mr. Liu has 23 years of experience in the accounting and financial management in the mining industry. Prior to joining the Group, he worked as the Accounting & Finance Manager at Jiangxi Copper. Mr. Liu is familiar with the cost management, cost control and cost accounting of mines, smelters and copper processing in China and overseas, as well as the tax planning and analysis and other management work of the company.

Mr. Qiu Huaizhi

Mr. Qiu obtained d a master’s degree in finance and investment from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom in November 2013. He has 11 years of experience in investment andcorporate management. Mr. Qiu joined the Company in April 2019, was appointed as the assistant to chief executive officer of the Company in October 2022, , and was designated as an executive Director of the Company in January 2024.

Mr. Chen has 24 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Chen accumulated extensive experience in the exploration and production management of copper mines at Dexing Copper Mine.

Mr. Hu Lei

Mr Hu Lei has over 10 years of experience in the mining industry, accumulating extensive experience in copper mine production management while working at the Mirador Copper Mine in Ecuador.

Mr. Zheng Wenyi

Mr. Zheng has 30 years of experience in the project management of construction projects, investment management and legal affairs management. Mr. Zheng joined the Group in 2016, and he served as a Deputy Director of the Company from April 2016 to December 2019 and a Deputy General Manager of Subsidiary ZV from January 2020 to March 2024. 

Mr. Nazariy Terlyga

Mr. Nazariy Terlyga graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in 2004, majoring in Finance Management. He has served as a director and general manager at mining investment companies in Hong Kong and Kazakhstan.

Dr. Yan Minghe holds BSc. Mathematics & MSc Information Science degrees from UCL, and EMBA & PhD Law degrees from JXUFE. He previously served at CITIC Securities, China Dragon Securities, and JXCC, with 14 years of professional experience in capital operation, M&A, industrial research and regulation, strategy management and investor relations management. He has been conferred with honours from China Zhi Gong Party and CYLC.

Mr. Xiang has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. During his time working at mining sites under Jiangxi Copper Group, he held multiple management positions and received numerous honors, including 'Top Ten Youth,' 'Outstanding Party Worker,' 'Advanced Worker,' and 'Excellent Manager,' etc.
