On August 21, 2023, Roman Sklyar, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, met with a Chinese enterprise delegation led by He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association, in Astana. The two sides held friendly and practical discussions on deepening investment and economic cooperation.
