On the morning of August 17, 2023, Zhou Shaobing, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Jiangxi Copper Company Limited; Liu Liqiang, Chairman of Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited (Jiaxin International); Wang Zhongwei, General Manager of Jiaxin International; and Wang Kewen, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), visited the Consulate General of China in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The delegation, led by CODA President He Zhenwei, held a meeting with Consul General Jiang Wei.
Jiang Wei emphasized that projects included in the China-Kazakhstan production capacity cooperation list are a priority for the Consulate General of China in Almaty in terms of support and services. She expressed the Consulate’s hope to better understand the needs of Chinese enterprises through continued collaboration with CODA, in order to provide more effective support and jointly ensure the smooth development of Chinese businesses in Kazakhstan.
